These terms govern your use of Braglytics. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them and to any applicable terms from the app marketplace where you obtained it.

1. What Braglytics does

Braglytics is a scorekeeping and statistical-analysis tool for private game play. It records information you enter, calculates results, and presents descriptive statistics for the selected players and scoring profile.

2. Personal use

You may use Braglytics for lawful personal purposes on supported devices. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Your data

Your game records remain on your device unless you export and share them. You are responsible for the names, scores, rules, and other information you enter, as well as any exported files. Review the Braglytics Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Scores and statistics

You are responsible for reviewing score entries and selecting the correct rules. Statistics depend on the data entered and the available sample. They are provided for entertainment and general informational use, and are not guarantees of future results.

5. Backups and availability

Braglytics does not provide cloud sync, a developer-operated backup service, or guaranteed restoration. Use the spreadsheet export if you want a portable copy. Features, compatibility, and availability may change over time.

6. Intellectual property

Braglytics and its original code, designs, graphics, text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Game names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Braglytics is compatible with scoring commonly used for Dutch Blitz. Dutch Blitz is a trademark of its owner. Braglytics is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by that trademark owner.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Braglytics is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or suitability for every purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer and publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of—or inability to use—Braglytics.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as Braglytics changes. The revised date above will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
