These terms govern your use of the ThinkSync Studio website and any app that links to them. A product may include additional terms that supplement these, including the Braglytics Terms of Use.
1. Agreement
By accessing our website or using an app that links to these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or app.
2. What we provide
ThinkSync Studio independently develops and publishes consumer lifestyle software. Product features, availability, supported devices, and pricing may change. References to future products or features are not commitments to release them.
3. Using our apps
You may use our apps for their intended personal purposes and in accordance with applicable law. You may not interfere with an app’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, misuse the service to violate another person’s rights, or copy and redistribute our software except where the law permits.
4. Your content and data
You keep ownership of information you enter or create. If an app lets you send content to us or a service provider, you grant the limited permission needed to operate that feature. Product-specific documentation explains how information is stored, processed, exported, or deleted.
5. Ownership
Our website, apps, original designs, code, text, graphics, and branding are owned by ThinkSync Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
6. Third-party platforms
App stores, operating systems, device backups, and external links are operated by others and are governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability and performance are outside our control.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that they will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Scorekeeping, statistics, suggestions, and other outputs should be reviewed before you rely on them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkSync Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of—or inability to use—the website or an app.
9. Changes and ending access
We may update these terms, change or discontinue features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, our products, or legal rights. The revised date above shows when these terms changed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ThinkSync Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
