When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use that information to respond, provide support, and keep a reasonable record of the conversation. We do not sell it.

Each app has its own data practices. This website notice does not replace an app-specific privacy notice. All six apps are coming soon; some product notices are still pre-launch drafts.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers to operate our website or email, and they process information only for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction.

We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for support, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information in our possession. Rights vary by location and some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. On-device app data can generally be managed in the app or by removing the app, as described in that product’s documentation.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

We may update this notice as our studio and products change. The date above will show when this page was last revised.
