Tell us the app name, your device and operating-system version, the app version if you have a preview build, and what you expected to happen. Include a screenshot only if it helps, with private details removed.

Keep private information private

Please do not send passwords, backup passwords, full journals, identity documents, or vehicle-dispute evidence in an initial support email. Describe the issue without attaching sensitive records.
