Terms of use

Last updated September 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of AteYet?. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them and to any applicable terms from the app marketplace where you obtained it.

1. What AteYet? does

AteYet? is a personal cooking and meal-planning tool. It suggests recipes based on ingredients and preferences you select, builds dinner plans and grocery lists, scales quantities, and displays estimated nutrition information.

2. Personal use

You may use AteYet? for lawful personal purposes on supported devices. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Your data

Your selections, preferences, plans, lists, notes, and cooking history remain on your device unless you choose to share content using the iOS share sheet. You are responsible for the information you enter and anything you choose to share. Review the AteYet? Privacy Policy for details.

4. Recipes, nutrition, and dietary filters

Recipes, serving quantities, nutrition values, dietary labels, and meal suggestions are provided for general informational and meal-planning purposes. Nutrition values are estimates based on standard ingredient-reference data and may differ from the ingredients and portions you use.

AteYet? is not a medical, nutrition, allergy, or food-safety service. Dietary filters are planning aids and are not guarantees that a recipe is suitable for a medical condition, allergy, intolerance, religious practice, or individual diet. Check ingredient labels and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

5. Cooking and food safety

You are responsible for ingredient freshness, allergen checks, kitchen hygiene, safe preparation, and confirming that food reaches an appropriate internal temperature. Follow current guidance from food-safety authorities, including the FoodSafety.gov safe-temperature chart, and use your judgment when adapting any recipe.

6. Suggestions and availability

AteYet? ranks and filters its bundled recipe library using the choices saved on your device. Suggestions may not use every ingredient, meet every preference, or be appropriate for every circumstance. Recipe availability, features, supported devices, and pricing may change over time.

AteYet? does not provide cloud sync, a developer-operated backup service, or guaranteed restoration of local information.

7. Intellectual property and sources

AteYet? and its original code, designs, graphics, text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The app’s recipe library includes concise adaptations of published cooking techniques and traditional or reference preparations. Source information is provided with recipes where applicable. No association with or endorsement by a referenced publisher is implied.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AteYet? is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, nutritional accuracy, or suitability for every person or purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer and publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of—or inability to use—AteYet?.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as AteYet? changes. The revised date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@thinksyncstudio.com.
