1. What AutoJustice is — and isn't

AutoJustice is a self-help tool for consumer auto disputes. We help you organize your facts, understand which consumer-protection laws may apply, and generate documents — demand letters, regulator complaints, and small-claims paperwork — that you review, sign, and send.

AutoJustice is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Using AutoJustice does not create an attorney–client relationship. Pursuit Scores are structured decision aids, not statistical win probabilities or guarantees of any outcome. For complex or high-stakes matters, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

2. AI-generated content

Analyses and documents are generated with artificial intelligence from the information you provide. They can contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing every document for accuracy before signing or sending it, and for verifying statutes, deadlines, dollar limits, and agency details, which change over time.

3. Your information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate information about your dispute. Submitting false information to a business, regulator, or court can have serious legal consequences for you.

4. Community features

Cases are private by default. A case appears in the public community feed only if you review the summary and explicitly publish it. A public summary may include a one-line description, vehicle, business name and location, and progress stage; distinctive facts may identify you even without your name. Your contact details and uploaded documents are not shown. Encouragement notes you send to others may be shown to them with your account name. Don't post abusive, false, or unlawful content; we may remove content or restrict accounts that do.

5. Fees

Creating a case and receiving the preliminary Pursuit Score are free. The working case workspace—including deep analysis, document generation, research, correspondence tools, and the Case Assistant—requires an active Case Pass. During the founding beta, passes may be issued through complimentary, expiring invitation codes; an invitation has no cash value and may be limited or revoked for abuse. Self-serve payment is not yet available. When checkout launches, the price, access term, and any taxes will be shown before purchase. The currently advertised founding offer is $49 for six months of access to one case, with no automatic renewal. A paid purchaser may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting the support address shown in the service; refund processing and any exceptions will also be disclosed at checkout.

6. Fair use

Analysis and document generation consume real computing resources. Rate limits apply; automated scraping, bulk generation, or resale of the service is not permitted.

7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoJustice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the outcome of any dispute; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

8. Termination and changes

You can delete your cases at any time from the case page. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Questions: support@thinksyncstudio.com .
